Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ELIF (the "App") as a Service Seeker to book services from Service Providers. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App to make a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the App.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Services: You may use the App to search for and book services from Service Providers. The availability of a Service Provider is subject to their schedule, and we do not guarantee that a specific service will always be available.
Payment Obligations: By making a reservation through the App, you agree to pay the specified fees for the services you book. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Cancellations: Each Service Provider may have their own cancellation policy. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to these policies. In some cases, refunds may be available according to the Service Provider’s terms.
Service Completion: You are responsible for paying for services rendered, even if you are dissatisfied with the service. We encourage you to communicate directly with the Service Provider to address any concerns.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with the following rules:

Respect for Service Providers: Treat all Service Providers with respect. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your access to the App.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App for illegal or unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or spamming.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your service needs and payment details.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Service: We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or fitness of any service provided by third-party Service Providers. Your interactions with Service Providers are at your own risk.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmlessAlbyn Alrqmy Lldhkaa Alastnaa, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, your booking activities, or your interactions with Service Providers.

6. Intellectual Property

App Ownership: The App and all associated content, design, and technology are owned byAlbyn Alrqmy Lldhkaa Alastnaa and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License to Use the App: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved through binding arbitration inKingdom of Saudi Arabia - Riyadh - King Abdullah Road - Al-Mursalat District.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لـإلـيف ("التطبيق") بصفتك باحثًا عن خدمة لحجز الخدمات من مقدمي الخدمات. باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الامتثال لهذه الشروط.
1. قبول الشروط
من خلال الوصول إلى التطبيق أو استخدامه لإجراء حجز، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك عدم استخدام التطبيق.
2. تسجيل الحساب
الأهلية: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وقادرًا قانونيًا على إبرام عقد لاستخدام التطبيق.
معلومات الحساب: أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة عند إنشاء حساب. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك وجميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك.
3. الحجز والدفع
خدمات الحجز: يمكنك استخدام التطبيق للبحث عن الخدمات وحجزها من مقدمي الخدمات. ويعتمد توفر مقدم الخدمة على جدول أعماله، ولا نضمن أن خدمة معينة ستكون متاحة دائمًا.
التزامات الدفع: من خلال إجراء حجز عبر التطبيق، فإنك توافق على دفع الرسوم المحددة للخدمات التي تحجزها. تتم معالجة المدفوعات بواسطة معالجات دفع تابعة لجهات خارجية وتخضع لشروطها وأحكامها.
الإلغاءات: قد يكون لدى كل مزود خدمة سياسة إلغاء خاصة به. أنت مسؤول عن فهم هذه السياسات والالتزام بها. في بعض الحالات، قد تكون المبالغ المستردة متاحة وفقًا لشروط مزود الخدمة.
إتمام الخدمة: أنت مسؤول عن دفع ثمن الخدمات المقدمة، حتى لو كنت غير راضٍ عن الخدمة. نشجعك على التواصل مباشرة مع مقدم الخدمة لمعالجة أي مخاوف.
4. سلوك المستخدم
أنت توافق على استخدام التطبيق وفقًا للقواعد التالية:
احترام مقدمي الخدمة: تعامل مع جميع مقدمي الخدمة باحترام. قد يؤدي أي سلوك مسيء أو غير لائق إلى إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق.
الاستخدام القانوني: أنت توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية أو غير مشروعة، بما في ذلك الاحتيال أو المضايقة أو إرسال الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها.
معلومات دقيقة: أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة فيما يتعلق باحتياجاتك من الخدمة وتفاصيل الدفع.
5. حدود المسؤولية
لا توجد ضمانة للخدمة: لا نضمن جودة أو توفر أو ملاءمة أي خدمة يقدمها مقدمو خدمات تابعون لجهات خارجية. وتكون تفاعلاتك مع مقدمي الخدمات على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.
التعويض: أنت توافق على تعويض شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي والشركات التابعة لها وموظفيها وإعفاءهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو مسؤوليات ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو أنشطة الحجز الخاصة بك أو تفاعلاتك مع مقدمي الخدمة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
ملكية التطبيق: التطبيق وكل المحتوى والتصميم والتكنولوجيا المرتبطة به مملوكة لشركة شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية.
ترخيص استخدام التطبيق: نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية وفقًا لهذه الشروط.
7. الإنهاء
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق في أي وقت لأي سبب، بما في ذلك انتهاك هذه الشروط.
8. حل النزاعات
تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بهذه الشروط أو استخدامك للتطبيق لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية .
9. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم نشر التغييرات على هذه الصفحة، وسيتم تحديث "تاريخ السريان" وفقًا لذلك. يشكل الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التغييرات موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
