مع موفري الخدمة للتواصل: إذا اخترت التواصل مباشرة مع أحد موفري الخدمة من خلال التطبيق، فقد نشارك المعلومات الضرورية لهذا التواصل.

التزامات الدفع: من خلال إجراء حجز عبر التطبيق، فإنك توافق على دفع الرسوم المحددة للخدمات التي تحجزها. تتم معالجة المدفوعات بواسطة معالجات دفع تابعة لجهات خارجية وتخضع لشروطها وأحكامها.
الإلغاءات: قد يكون لدى كل مزود خدمة سياسة إلغاء خاصة به. أنت مسؤول عن فهم هذه السياسات والالتزام بها. في بعض الحالات، قد تكون المبالغ المستردة متاحة وفقًا لشروط مزود الخدمة.

التعويض: أنت توافق على تعويض شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي والشركات التابعة لها وموظفيها وإعفاءهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو مسؤوليات ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو أنشطة الحجز الخاصة بك أو تفاعلاتك مع مقدمي الخدمة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
ملكية التطبيق: التطبيق وكل المحتوى والتصميم والتكنولوجيا المرتبطة به مملوكة لشركة شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية.
ترخيص استخدام التطبيق: نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية وفقًا لهذه الشروط.
7. الإنهاء
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق في أي وقت لأي سبب، بما في ذلك انتهاك هذه الشروط.
8. حل النزاعات
تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بهذه الشروط أو استخدامك للتطبيق لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية .

تشرح سياسة الخصوصية هذه ("السياسة") كيفية جمع معلوماتك الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها عندما تستخدم تطبيق الحجز الخاص بنا ("التطبيق") لحجز الخدمات من مقدمي الخدمات مثل عيادات التجميل ومقدمي الخدمات المنزلية وفناني المكياج والمحترفين الصحيين وغيرهم ("مقدمو الخدمات").
عند استخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على شروط سياسة الخصوصية هذه.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
أ. المعلومات الشخصية
نقوم بجمع المعلومات الشخصية التالية لتزويدك بحجوزات الخدمة:
معلومات الحساب: الاسم، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الجنس، والموقع.
معلومات الدفع: تفاصيل بطاقة الائتمان/الخصم، عنوان الفاتورة.
معلومات الحجز: نوع الخدمة، وقت الموعد، الموقع (إن وجد).
بيانات الاتصال: الرسائل المرسلة إلينا أو منا أو إلى مقدمي الخدمة.
ب. المعلومات التي يتم جمعها تلقائيًا
نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية تلقائيًا أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق:
معلومات الجهاز: عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح، ونظام التشغيل.
بيانات الاستخدام: بيانات التفاعل، بما في ذلك سجل البحث والحجز.
بيانات الموقع: الموقع التقريبي استنادًا إلى نظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) أو عنوان IP للخدمات القائمة على الموقع.
ج. بيانات الطرف الثالث
إذا قمت بتسجيل الدخول باستخدام خدمات الطرف الثالث (على سبيل المثال، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي)، فقد نقوم بجمع البيانات المقدمة من خلال هذه المنصات.
2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
يتم استخدام معلوماتك الشخصية لـ:
تقديم الخدمات: معالجة حجوزاتك وتنفيذها.
التواصل معك: إرسال التأكيدات والتذكيرات ورسائل دعم العملاء.
تخصيص التجربة: تقديم توصيات خدمة مخصصة.
معالجة المدفوعات: التعامل مع المدفوعات والفواتير الآمنة.
الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية: ضمان الامتثال للقانون والتنظيمي.
3. كيف نشارك معلوماتك
نحن نشارك المعلومات في الحالات التالية:
مع مقدمي الخدمة: لاستكمال حجوزاتك وطلبات الخدمة.
مع معالجات الدفع: لمعاملات الدفع.
الالتزامات القانونية: إذا كان القانون يتطلب ذلك، للامتثال للطلبات القانونية.
4. أمن البيانات
نحن نطبق تدابير أمنية معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، ولكن لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا. أنت تفهم وتوافق على أننا لا نستطيع ضمان الأمان المطلق لبياناتك.
5. حقوق بياناتك
لديك الحق في:
الوصول إلى البيانات وتصحيحها: يمكنك طلب نسخ وتصحيحات لمعلوماتك الشخصية.
حذف بياناتك: يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك، مع مراعاة الالتزامات القانونية.
إلغاء الاشتراك في رسائل التسويق: يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل الترويجية.

6. خصوصية الأطفال
لا تستهدف خدماتنا الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. ولا نجمع بيانات من الأطفال عن عمد. وإذا علمنا أننا جمعنا معلومات من طفل عن غير قصد، فسنتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لحذفها.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية
مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة: لا نتحمل مسؤولية جودة أو سلامة أو قانونية الخدمات التي يقدمها مقدمو الخدمة من جهات خارجية. إذا واجهت أي مشكلات (على سبيل المثال، أخطاء طبية أو خدمة رديئة أو انتهاكات قانونية) أثناء التفاعل مع مقدم خدمة، فيجب عليك حل هذه المشكلات مباشرة مع مقدم الخدمة. نحن مجرد منصة تربطك بمقدمي الخدمة وليس لدينا سيطرة على أفعالهم.
المحتوى التابع لأطراف أخرى: لا نتحكم في أي روابط أو محتوى يقدمه مقدمو الخدمات (بما في ذلك مواقعهم الإلكترونية). ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أخطاء أو مشكلات أو انتهاكات تحدث على مواقع الطرف الثالث.
8. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية هذه
يجوز لنا تحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه بشكل دوري. سيتم نشر التغييرات هنا، وسيتم تحديث "تاريخ السريان". يشكل الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات قبولك للسياسة المنقحة.

شروط الاستخدام لطالبي الخدمة
تاريخ النفاذ: 2025/1/1
تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لـإلـيف ("التطبيق") لإجراء حجوزات مع مقدمي الخدمة. من خلال الوصول إلى التطبيق واستخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
1. قبول الشروط
باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا يجوز لك استخدام التطبيق.
2. تسجيل الحساب
الأهلية: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق.
معلومات الحساب: أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة أثناء التسجيل. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك.
3. الحجز والدفع
حجوزات الخدمات: يمكنك استخدام التطبيق للبحث عن الخدمات وحجزها. سيتم مشاركة تفاصيل حجزك مع مزود الخدمة المحدد لتلبية طلبك.
الدفع: أنت توافق على دفع ثمن الخدمات التي تحجزها من خلال التطبيق. تتم معالجة معاملات الدفع بواسطة معالجات خارجية، ويجب عليك قبول شروط الدفع الخاصة بها.
الإلغاءات: يضع موفرو الخدمة سياسات الإلغاء الخاصة بهم. أنت مسؤول عن فهم هذه السياسات واتباعها. تخضع عمليات استرداد الأموال لتقدير موفر الخدمة.
4. مسؤولياتك
معلومات دقيقة: أنت توافق على تقديم تفاصيل الخدمة ومعلومات الاتصال الدقيقة.
الاستخدام المناسب: أنت توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية أو الانخراط في سلوك مزعج أو مسيء.
التفاعلات مع الخدمات: جميع الحجوزات والتفاعلات مع مقدمي الخدمات تكون على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من رضاك عن الخدمة قبل المتابعة.
5. حدود المسؤولية
مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة: لا نتحمل مسؤولية تصرفات أو خدمات أو سلوك مقدمي الخدمة. إذا كانت هناك مشكلات تتعلق بالخدمة (على سبيل المثال، أخطاء طبية، أو جودة خدمة رديئة، أو مشكلات قانونية)، فيجب عليك معالجة هذه المشكلات مباشرةً مع مقدم الخدمة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار أو مطالبات أو خسائر ناجمة عن الخدمات المقدمة.
إخلاء المسؤولية عن المنصة: نحن نعمل فقط كوسيط بينك وبين مقدمي الخدمة ولا نتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى أو الدقة أو جودة الخدمات المقدمة. يتم توفير التطبيق "كما هو" ودون ضمان.
6. التعويض
أنت توافق على تعويض شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي والشركات التابعة لها وموظفيها وحمايتهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو مسؤوليات ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو تفاعلاتك مع مقدمي الخدمة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.
7. الملكية الفكرية
ملكية التطبيق: التطبيق، بما في ذلك تصميمه ومحتواه وتقنيته، مملوك لشركة شركة البين الرقمي للذكاء الإصطناعي. جميع الحقوق محفوظة.
ترخيص الاستخدام: نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية.
8. الإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق في أي وقت بسبب انتهاك هذه الشروط أو الانخراط في سوء السلوك.
9. حل النزاعات
سيتم حل أي نزاعات تتعلق بهذه الشروط أو استخدامك للتطبيق بموجب قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية .
10. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. وسيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة، وسيتم تحديث "تاريخ السريان". إن الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التغييرات يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
